Love the new Mr toys toyworld at Mt ommaney shopping centre. Everything is so neat and tidy! Nice layout. Staff are super friendly and helpful. There is always something on sale too. Such a good range of toys too including pool toys, puzzles, soft toys and collector items.

Went in to have a look at there lego, it was behind the counter and when asking questions about the product the lady behind the counter spoke to me and my partner in a rude tone (spoke down to us) was willing to spend around $400 and just because of that they lost a sale.

Dropped by here because my daughters could see the range of giant Pokémon plush in the window! And of course she wanted one, very happy with her purchase They also stock a wide range of Pokémon cards which they will be back for Love the new store layout and heaps of stock

I purchased a product I wasn’t able to carry whilst pushing my pram. Courtney and Matt were so helpful! Matt even bought it down to my car for me. Amazing customer service!

Generally nice place. I’m mostly able to find something I’m after within a reasonable price range. They have a lot of more specialty toys as well for those into the Slot or RC Cars.

Great range and they had what we were after in stock, but it was pretty average customer service. Wasn't greated by the young lady when we walked in as she was cashing up at 5 o'clock, could hear her and another staff member complaining about a staff member who obviously wasnt present (who ever she is, I wouldn't bother putting in the effort to be early for your next shift because that was one of the topics they were discussing) and making my partner, 2 year old and I had to stand waiting to be helped, despite standing at the trading cards and obviously waiting to be served. The other young lady working walked out in front of me carrying our son and ignored us, stock was obscuring what we were trying to view and no effort was made to move it or assist.
